Whether you are looking to have a formal wedding, a fun and easy-going ceremony on the beach, or a simple escape for two wedding, you can be assured of professional, friendly and reliable service.

To help make planning your wedding even easier I offer tailor made wedding packages that will suit the kind of atmosphere you want for your special day.

Besides the great packages available I can also create a custom priced wedding plan where we work together in crafting the perfect wedding you and your partner will never forget.

Creating a beautiful wedding can be an exasperating experience. For my part, I have tried to include lots of information and links to make your life easier.

Deposit

I require a Non- Refundable Save the Date Booking Fee. After the booking fee has been paid, I will save the time & date for you. The remainder is due 2 weeks before the ceremony. Or pay all at once.

Free Extras

As a community based JP, I am available by appointment to certify copies of documents and administer oaths and affirmations for legal documents such as Statutory Declarations and Affidavits.

I am also happy to supply a letter for Immigration purposes at no additional charge.

From the flowers, champagne to delicious celebration dinners…the northern beaches has everything and it’s all set in a beautiful location that will set your senses reeling.
It’s the perfect place for two people who want to make their celebration special.
Perhaps you may like to marry on Ocean Brumby, our old fishing trawler in Pittwater

It ensures a firm booking for your ceremony date and time – definite bookings can only be made with a non-refundable booking fee.

Selection of Prepared personal ceremonies to choose from.
Unlimited drafts, emails and phone calls
PA system for readings and ceremony
Final Confirmation
Arrive 30 min before hand to go over last minute details
Coordinate with musicians, photographers and others as needed
Perform Ceremony
Will conduct a special observance for you if you’d like. (unity candle, incense, the giving of roses or Celtic handfasting)
Being available before and after for photos
Same day Registration of marriage with Births Deaths and Marriages
Keepsake Official Marriage certificate
Name change kit for the bride
Onsite Rehearsal only on request

Custom Ceremonies

For extra special occasions like that of a ceremony on a mountain top or a hot air balloon ceremony special consideration is given and compensation discussed. I am always up for everything so ask away. I am also discreet! Regardless of where/how your ceremony is held, the following is included:

• Meeting at a mutually agreed location
• All my administration costs
• Completion & supply of all Legal Documentation
• Government Information provided
• Special Wedding Ceremony kit (To help you choose your style and wording)
• Drafts for your approval (I will make as many changes as you need)
• Conduct your ceremony according to Australian Law whether you have 10 or 100 guests. Every ceremony must have the same legally binding wording
• A name change kit
• Same day online Marriage Registration with Births Deaths & Marriages
• Portable Professional PA System with music facility (Subject to location & weather)
• Your Printed Commemorative marriage certificate (The one you will sign on the day)
• Professional Indemnity/Public Liability Insurance

Extras (may apply)
• Travel/Tolls/Parking Fees for Weddings held outside The Northern Beaches Area
• Onsite Wedding Rehearsal if outside The Northern Beaches Area on request
• Water Taxi Fees for Harbour Weddings are at Clients Expense
